What is Sake ?

Sake is alcoholic beverage made from fermented rice using Japanese unique method.

Shochu is alcohol made by distilling fermented liquor.
Distillation is a procedure in which evaporated liquid is cooled down to be liquid again.
By using changing temperature of evaporation, highly refined liquid can be taken, and distillation of fermented liquor creates highly concentrated alcohol.
