Overview
The Tour starts with Morning stroll in East garden, Imperial palace where the visitors can enjoy seasonal flowers while seeing the remains of the Edo castle such as the stone walls and moats. Then head to Tsukiji fish market, lively place to encounter good sushi and traditional Japanese cuisines. After lunch visit Kiyosumi garden featuring many stones collected from nationwide by Mitsubishi founder, Iwasaki Yataro. The last destination is Ryogoku area where Sumo stadium, Edo Tokyo museum are located. The guide will make a brief tour in Edo Tokyo Museum for you to learn about history of Edo,Tokyo and people’s life.

Stop At: The East Gardens of the Imperial Palace (Edo Castle Ruin)
Morning stroll at Imperial Palace located on the old site of Edo Castle and surrounded by moats and stone walls. The Imperial Palace covering 90 hectares of forests plays a role as lung of the metropolis. You can enjoy various flows throughout the years like Shogun used to in East Garden of Imperial Palace.
Stop At: Tsukiji Fish Market
Tsukiji is lively food park, the right place to encounter traditional Japanese cuisine. Tsukiji market is the best and lively place to buy not only fresh fish but vegetables and fruits, tea, dried fish, pickled vegetables and kitchen utensils. Long line of tourists wanting to eat raw fish on the spot in front of sushi restaurants before noon.
Stop At: Kiyosumi Teien
Used to be owned by founder of Mitsubishi, Yataro Iwasaki, now Kiyosumi Garden is a public park designated as the Place of scenic Beauty by Tokyo Government. The garden features innumerable stones used as bridges, stepping stones over the pond, and stones for a dried waterfall. They were collected from nationwide by steamships owned Iwasaki family’s company.
Stop At: Ryogoku
Stroll along Ryogoku area where Sumo Stadium, many Sumo stables, Sumo museum and other sumo related attractions can be found. Also there are Sword museum, sword shop, Yasuda Japanese garden, and Museum of Hokusai Wood block print.

Stop At: Edo-Tokyo Museum
Edo-Tokyo museum displays 400 years of history and life culture from Edo era to the present day using replicas. Life of ordinary people in those days are lively replicated and can be experienced with hands on displays. The museum covers wide varieties of themes and eras, but the guide will make a brief tour responding to your requests.
